Credit Account Policy

Terms for credit account sales follow normal terms of sales and are NET 30 days from the date of sale; a service charge of 2% monthly will apply to all unpaid balances outside of the NET 30 terms. We require that anyone wishing to maintain a credit account with Pro Source completes our credit application.

Pro Source takes your privacy very seriously. Our website contains a secure certificate, providing you with a level of protection that makes it impossible for any third party to gain access to any information you provide over this website. All information provided to us is used for the sole purpose of verifying your account, verifying your credit card information and for contacting you regarding your account and orders. All of your account information is considered extremely confidential, and will never be released to any third party for any reason, with the exception of your address for shipping purposes.


Due to fluctuation of Canadian and U.S. Dollar and/or supplier & commodity pricing increases, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include PST, GST or HST. These taxes will be added at the checkout process. Pro Source Irrigation Supply Ltd. is not responsible for written errors.

Return Policy

Returned goods must be authorized by an RMA Number. A copy of original invoice must accompany all returns. All returns are subject to a possible restocking fee of up to 25%. Credit will be issued to your account for future purchases. No returns after 90 days.

Pro Source Irrigation will accept returns for up to 90 days after the original date of receipt. All products will be returned at the price of original purchase. Shipping and/or restocking charges may apply at the discretion of Pro Source Irrigation. In most cases, the return shipping cost is waived and you receive an in-store credit for the value of the products returned. We ask that you contact us ahead of time notifying us of what you are returning, the reason for returns and any damage to any of the products. Pro Source will then make shipping arrangements for your products for you.

At Pro Source, the security of your information is one of our top priorities. We have installed a secure certificate on the website to ensure your information is 100% secure. For your security, we have a thorough credit card verification process. The billing and/or shipping address on your account must be consistent with your credit card billing information for the transaction to be processed. Unless prior credit approval is obtained, all product supplied by Pro Source Irrigation Supply Ltd. will be C.O.D. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Credit terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. By purchasing items from, and using this website, you agree to the polices as listed on this page. Tax Policy

No prices listed on this website include taxes. Taxes will be added at the checkout process. GST (5%) is added to all orders regardless of province, except where HST applies. PST (7%) is added to all orders in British Columbia. HST (13%) is added to orders placed in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. PST in all other provinces is up to the customer to review and remit any necessary provincial sales taxes to their local government office. Customers may apply for exemption of PST as a farmer in British Columbia, but are required to submit a tax exemption form to us.

Warranty Policy

Please notify Pro Source immediately of any defective parts. We will review your specific issue, and get back to you with specific instructions. Any defective item(s) within the manufacturers warranty period must be authorized by an RMA Number and must be accompanied by a copy of original invoice. Item(s) will either be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Pro Source Irrigation Supply Ltd.


Pro Source Irrigation Supply Ltd. must be notified of any shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

Back Orders

You will be notified if one or more of your ordered products are not currently in stock. We will discuss the approximate time it will take for the items to arrive, and whether you would still like to order the product. In many cases if a product is out of stock, it will take longer than normal for you to receive it. If some of the items you ordered are in stock, we may ship the items as they become available at no extra cost.
